Temporary – Staffing
Temporary Placement is a labor structure designed to meet a company’s fluctuating demand. Placements vary greatly in both size and nature. ALM can fulfill your staffing needs for a workforce of any magnitude. Additionally, temporary employees can be converted to full-time status for the employer at any time.
Temporary Placement fees vary depending on the duration of worker presence at the placement site. Larger accounts are provided with an onsite staffing specialist to handle the daily management of all temporary workers
Temporary-to-Hire - Staffing
Temporary to Hire employees offer clients a “try before you buy” period prior to any final decisions being made. The worker is initially employed by staffing company during a “trial” period, where the employer can assess their performance and interaction with staff. When the employer decides the employee is a successful fit, they are transitioned over to payroll.
Temporary to Hire recruitment drastically reduces the costly turnover often associated with hires that don’t ultimately work out. Furthermore, this process reduces employment related liability with hiring and firing, as these procedures are handled by a third-party until the worker is fully transitioned onto payroll.
Direct Hire - Staffing
ALM transforms the process of hiring new recruits into a simple, organized, and streamlined procedure. We perform in-depth screening of all qualified applicants, and match skills and resumes to the relevant job information provided by the client. With Direct Hire, the Employee is then hired on with the employer, not ALM.
